Governments need engagement from the people they serve which is why they turn to groups like Public Input who work with hundreds of agencies to help identify patterns and create successful engagement outcomes. They needed a video to explain this process and highlight the inclusive nature of their work. Using a soft, approachable design, we developed a myriad of characters to highlight the broad target audience and coupled that with a low fps (frame per second) cel animation to give it a human touch. The end result is a personal look at Public Input that helps humanize their brand.
